Questions, answered.
What does "usage" mean?
Every message you send and every reply you get uses a little of your plan. Your dashboard shows it as a single percentage — 0% at the start of the month, 100% when your plan's allowance is used up. Longer conversations, bigger files and images use more.
Is anything else limited?
No. Messages per minute, parallel replies, request size, models and effort levels are all unlimited on every plan. Usage is the only limit.
What happens when I reach 100%?
Chat pauses until your monthly reset — unless you turn on Spending. With Spending on, you keep going and extra usage is paid from your prepaid credit at your plan's own rate, up to the monthly cap you choose.
How much more do Pro and Ultra include?
Pro includes 40× the usage of Starter. Ultra includes 50× the usage of Pro — 2,000× Starter — plus $50 of bonus credit with every purchase.
What is Vorantic Agent?
A coding agent that runs in your terminal. It works in the folder you start it in: it reads your code, edits files, runs commands and tests, and keeps going until the task is done. It uses the same plan as chat.
Can I upgrade or switch to yearly?
Anytime. The unused part of your current plan is credited toward the new one. Yearly plans cost the same as ten months and reset your usage every month.
